Hello!  I am Michael Hutchins.  

Husband, father, architectural designer, amateur cook, musician, vintage motorcycle afficionado and lover of marinated mushrooms.  

This business began as a result of my dissatisfaction with the lack of variety of marinated mushrooms on the market.  It seemed to me that, with the wide array of awesome mushrooms among us and all the tasty concoctions that can be derived to add flavor to them, that there had to be a way to bring them to the masses.  I had searched far and wide on Google for a company that already produces them but, alas, could not find one.
